Return Information:

    • Biology Boutique provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING (within the continental US only) for items that are not sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, key chains or jewelry. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for STORE CREDIT (minus the Shipping Cost) must be sent back to Biology Boutique within 15 business days of receipt of product.
      • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
        • Exchanges: Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 25 days after the receipt of product. Eligible items for exchanges exclude the following: sale items, personalized items, hair accessories, key chains or jewelry. Please know that some items sell out fast, so we cannot guarantee that a certain size will be available.
          • Orders placed outside of www.BiologyBoutique.com are final sale.
            • A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
              • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse store credit based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial. By purchasing from biologyboutique.com, you accept these terms and conditions.

                How to Make a Return:

                  • Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. 
                    • Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form by clicking on this link.
                      • Once you have filled out the returns and exchanges form, we will begin to process your return and contact you if we need more details. 
                        • Upon approval, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
                          • Once your return has been received and processed, we will then email you (to the email address provided during checkout) your code for store credit minus any original shipping.

                            Refused or Undeliverable Packages:

                            • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
                            • If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
